    Aggie’s Pastoral Worker

    Emma joined the Aggie’s team at HMS Nelson in 2016. Emma brings a wealth of experience to her role; having served in the Army before joining Aggie’s, Emma has first hand experience of serving all over the world on operational tours and exercises.

    Emma is a Naval Wife and Mummy, so she understands what ‘life in a blue suit’ can be like for the families at home. Living in Portsmouth with her family, Emma enjoys visiting National Trust Properties and sea swimming.

  • Paul Jackson

    Aggie’s Pastoral Worker

    Paul joined the Aggie’s team at HMS Nelson with a wealth of experience having served in the Royal Navy for 36 years. Paul’s first experience of the Royal Navy was in 1976 when he joined the Sea Cadets in Gloucester.

    On joining the Royal Navy in 1983, he served on many ships including HMS Beaver, HMS Cumberland, HMS Glasgow, HMS York and HMS Ark Royal. He is now also a Media Officer in the RNR based at HMS King Alfred and with a passion for Great War history and the Royal Naval Division, Paul spends time each year walking historic battle fields. He is also an advanced RYA power and Safety boat Coxn, as well as holding RYA sailing qualifications. He has been a Committee Member of the Gosport Sea Cadets. Paul is married and lives in Hampshire with his wife Stephanie.
