Nicola Goudie works as the Aggies Pastoral Worker at Hamworthy Barracks. Nicola joined the team in November 2003. Nicole has lived the Service Life with her own family for many year and works as pastoral worker for the military families in the RN FPS community centre in Poole. Nicola has a wealth of experience and empathy of coping with separation, isolation and all the issues that deployments and service life can bring to families. Nicola is often looked upon and call ‘second mother’ with the wives and children of the service community in Poole.

Hayley joined the Aggie’s team at Hamworthy in January 2024.

Hayley joins the team with a wealth of experiencing in supporting women, from many different backgounds, in areas of self development, empowerment, resilience building and well-being support.
